If you feel that you are spending too much time on our site, we recommend that you take a break. At Lonkero, you can restrict access to your gambling account at any time and for as long as you want.
To stay in control of your gambling, you can restrict access and set limits by which you can control how much money you spend.
To avoid chasing losses which in itself can lead to even greater losses, we recommend that you set loss limits.
Lonkero is committed to providing safe, secure, and enjoyable gambling experiences to all its players. Gambling should be fun and entertaining, but Lonkero recognises that some players may find it difficult to stay in control of their gambling.
On this Responsible Gambling page we provide information and tools to help you stay in control of your gambling.
A good tool to help you stay in control of your gambling is to set limits. Here are the limit tools that we recommend that you use.
This allows you to limit the amount of money you spend in a week and/or a month. The limit will only allow you to make deposits up to the chosen limit, but you can deposit the amount equal to any withdrawals made during this time period.
Example: You set a €50 Net Deposit Limit and then you deposit €50 to your Lonkero account. The limit will restrict any further deposits during the chosen time period. If you withdraw €100 in the same period of time the limit will allow you to deposit a further €100.
This is how the limits work:
Weekly Net Deposit Limit: This limit calculates all successful deposits and withdrawals made between Monday 00:00 CET and Sunday 23:59 CET.
Monthly Net Deposit Limit: This limit calculates all successful deposits and withdrawals made between the first day of the month 00:00 CET and the last day of the month 23:59 CET.
For example: You have set a weekly limit of €100 and make a deposit on Tuesday of €40 and another deposit on Friday of €60. You will not be able to make any more deposits until Monday 00:00 CET. If you have a withdrawal of €200 in the same week (let's say on Saturday) the limit will allow you to deposit another €200 until Monday 00:00 CET. On what day of the week you set the limit does not matter since the limit will take the full week into consideration.
This allows you to limit how much you can lose while gambling on Lonkero over a specified period. This limit refers to the net value of your losses, which is calculated by deducting the limit from the starting amount of the session on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limits become effective immediately upon being set.
Here's how the limits work:
Daily loss limit: This sums all losing and winning bets within a single day (00:00 - 23:59 CET).
Weekly loss limit: This sums all losing and winning bets for the current day and the previous six days.
Monthly loss limit: This sums all losing and winning bets for the current day and the previous 29 days.
You can update your loss limits at any time. If you wish to increase the limits, the new limits will take effect only after 48 hours. If you wish to lower your limits the lower limits will take effect immediately.
If you are unsure what limits to set, we suggest that you consider your income minus your outgoings as illustrated below:

If you find that you are spending too much time gambling or you find it difficult to keep track of time spent on our site, Lonkero’s time out tool allows you to take a break from gambling for 24 hours or 7 days. You will not be able to access your account during the time out period.
If you need a longer break from gambling or stop completely, we recommend that you use the self-exclusion tool which excludes you from accessing your account for 2, 3 or 6 months or indefinitely.
If you have chosen a 2, 3 or 6 month period, your account will reopen automatically and you can login again.
If you have chosen an indefinite self-exclusion your account will remain closed for a minimum period of 1 month and will only be reopened if you request for it to be so by contacting our customer support through Live Chat or email at [email protected].
If you wish to self-exclude as set out above, please contact our customer support through Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Please note that a self-exclusion request via email is not immediate and we will confirm the self-exclusion to you by email once it is in place.
Not sure if self-exclusion is the right option for you? Please reach out to our customer support through Live Chat or email at [email protected] and they will help you.
If you have self-excluded you are not allowed to create a new account and every attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion is a violation of our terms and conditions and may result in the permanent closure of your account.
If you want to self-exclude from all Estonian licensed casinos including Lonkero, we recommend that you register on the national self-exclusion registry called HAMPI. This will prevent you from opening accounts or continuing to play on existing accounts during the period of time which you chose.
It is important to recognise the signs of problem gambling which may include:
Spending more money and time on gambling than intended.
Chasing losses in an attempt to win back money.
Neglecting personal and professional responsibilities due to gambling.
Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or distressed when not gambling.
If you or someone you know is experiencing any of these signs, we encourage you to seek advice immediately.
By using our short Self Test you can get some insights into your gaming behaviour.
Only spend what you can afford to lose.
Before you start gambling, consider how much you can afford to gamble according to your financial means and set appropriate limits so that you can ensure you keep your gambling under control.
Do not try to win back losses
Do not gamble with the purpose of trying to win back previous losses. Gambling is for entertainment and should never be considered to be a means to make up for lost money.
Know when not to play
Do not gambling if you are stressed, depressed or under too much pressure. Also do not play when you are under the influence of medications, drugs or alcohol.
Take breaks
You should take breaks when you notice that you get tired or cannot concentrate. It is also recommended to take a break from gambling when it is becoming very intense.
Only one account
To make it easier to have an overview of how much time and money you spend on gambling it is highly recommended that you do not have multiple gambling accounts.
If you feel that you no longer have your gambling under control, we recommend you to talk to someone.
In Estonia, The Gambling Addiction Counseling Center provides assessment, counseling and support for gambling addiction and digital addiction (computer and internet addiction). They have counseling centers in Tallinn and Tartu, but they also offer e- counseling ([email protected]) and telephone counseling on 15410 (Mon-Fri 10-18).
